At this time we are collecting a nominal initiation fee of $25.00 per racer.
This fee could rise accordingly when the committee members collect enough information to compile a budget.
The initial $25.00 fee will give us enough capital to register ourselves as a non-profit organization and get the
ball rolling towards pulling DNR "special use permits" for drag racing events.
The intent is to obtain permits to race at various lakes throughout Northern Lower Michigan. We are planning
on pulling 4 permits for the 2004-2005 ice racing season.
The racing format will be "run what you brung-grudge racing". There will be minimal rules with no tech inspections. The
main concern will be safety and fun for everyone involved.
